About The Position

A spa attendant is responsible for providing an efficient, courteous, and professional experience for each guest while maintaining a soothing and relaxing spa atmosphere.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality experience.
• Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress and strives for growth.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Experience with SpaSoft.
• Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• To welcome and serve all guests in an efficient, courteous, and friendly manner.
• To assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the spa, adhering to all state and company sanitation and sterilization requirements.
• Ensure all linen and towels are constantly replenished, and Spa service areas are sanitized and sterilized between services.
• To maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Maintain an understanding of the spa industry and spa philosophy (balance, relaxation, unity, and a healthy lifestyle).
• To assist in all areas of the spa operation as directed by management.
• Perform administrative tasks or inventories as needed.
