About The Position
HSHS/Prevea is seeking a Women's/Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team. Ideal candidates are patient focused and mission driven looking for an opportunity to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional independence through therapeutic interventions. Experience in women's/pelvic health or interest in pursuing further education in this area preferred. New grads welcomed to apply. Requirements
- Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
- Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
