About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Women's Health Provider to join our team at Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have at least one year post-training experience in providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to women of all ages, including preventive care, reproductive health, and obstetrics. Spanish language skills are a strong asset for this role, as they will support our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our community.

Requirements

• Current Missouri state licensure as an OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician with a focus in Women’s Health
• At least one year of post-training experience in a clinical setting, preferably with underserved populations and/or FQHCs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on culturally competent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including gynecological exams, family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, and health education.
• Perform diagnostic testing, interpret results, and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records in a timely fashion.
• Promote culturally sensitive care to our diverse patient population
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives to increase awareness and engagement in women's health services.
