About The Position

Come help us build something women actually want to come back to. SUNDARA Medical is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to help build and grow our women’s health service line. We’re not looking for someone who wants to clock in, coast, and disappear into the beige abyss of corporate medicine. We’re looking for someone who wants to help create something meaningful — the kind of practice patients rave about, tell their friends about, and refuse to leave. This is an opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, flexibility, and startup energy, but also loves being part of a team that is collaborative, mission-driven, and genuinely excited about what we’re building. We want someone with a strong women’s health background, an established reputation in the community, and a desire to help shape a practice from the ground up. If you’ve ever thought, “I could build something better than this,” we’d love to meet you. Why SUNDARA Medical SUNDARA Medical exists because too many people have settled for rushed visits, fragmented care, and a healthcare experience that feels cold, outdated, and impersonal. We’re changing that. Our mission is to redefine what modern medicine can look and feel like by bringing together exceptional care, real connection, and an experience that actually honors the whole person. Our model is built on four core pillars — primary care, mental health, wellness, and aesthetics — because we believe true whole-person care requires treating more than symptoms. It requires seeing the full picture. We’re building a clinic where innovation, warmth, and clinical excellence all belong in the same room — and where providers have the opportunity to help shape the future, not just work inside someone else’s system. What we’re looking for Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife , licensed in Utah Board certified and in good standing Prior women’s health clinical experience required Established patient panel, referral network, or strong community presence preferred Already credentialed with payers to support efficient onboarding Team-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow across multiple areas of practice Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing clinic setting where things move quickly and ideas are welcome Interested in helping develop and expand a women’s health program within an integrated care model What you’ll love about this role A high level of autonomy and flexibility The chance to help shape and grow a women’s health practice with intention, excellence, and heart Startup energy with real room for leadership, creativity, and long-term growth A collaborative, supportive team that actually likes each other The opportunity to contribute across multiple service areas and expand your professional scope A seat at the table, not just a name on the schedule Who you are You’re clinically strong, emotionally intelligent, and probably the kind of person patients trust within five minutes of meeting you. You care deeply about women’s health, but you also care about how that care is delivered. You’re a team player, but not someone who needs hand-holding. You like freedom, responsibility, and the chance to build something that reflects your standards. You’re excited by growth. You’re not afraid of a little ambiguity. You know how to bring calm to the chaos, humor to the hard days, and excellence to the everyday. Compensation Compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential, with flexible structure (base + production or percentage of collections) tailored to the right candidate.
