About The Position

The RN Women's Health Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered nursing care and care coordination services to women across the lifespan. This role supports clinical providers by managing preventive screenings, coordinating obstetric/gynecology referrals, ensuring continuity of care, providing patient education, and supporting quality-improvement initiatives within the women's health service line. The Nurse will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, external specialists, and community resources to promote optimal health outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, public health, or primary care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community health or FQHC setting.
• Familiarity with preventive care guidelines (ACOG, USPSTF, CDC).
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed and culturally sensitive care practices.
