About The Position

We are searching for wok cooks who are passionate about food and eager to learn different types of Asian cuisine.

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 1-2 year of closely related cooking experience.
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with others.
• Food handler's card is required.
• Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when cleaning and organizing kitchen.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on ladder, and walking long distances.
• Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environment with varying temperatures.
