WMS Technology Innovation Manager

Four Seasons Family of CompaniesEphrata, PA

About The Position

Do you have in-depth experience owning the full lifecycle of warehouse or supply chain technology transformations? Have you managed complex integrations, held vendors accountable, and understand the difference between a working system and a system that drives competitive advantage? If you confidently answered this questions with a "yes" and you're comfortable in a room with a CEO discussing ROI and trade-off and you think in outcomes, not tasks this might be an excellent opportunity for you. Location: Ephrata, PA (on-site) The Role This is not a traditional IT or operations role. It sits in the strategic gap between platform technology and business outcome. You'll report directly to the VP of Operations with direct interface to the CEO. You'll have authority over the MAWM environment, configuration, vendor relationship, and innovation roadmap. You're expected to push back on unrealistic timelines, advocate for operational requirements, and own the intersection of what's technically possible and what the business needs to win.

Requirements

  • Manhattan Associates (WMS or other MA products) or comparable WMS platform experience
  • Distribution, warehousing, or 3PL operations (you know what labor, throughput, and accuracy look like in a real operation)
  • Project management at scale (large, multi-dependency implementations with executive visibility)
  • Integration architecture and ecosystem management (you've kept multiple systems talking to each other)
  • Comfort translating between operations and IT—you speak both languages

Responsibilities

  • Go-Live Execution (Phase 1): Lead the CAPStone program (Manhattan Active) from now through October 2026. Own the integrated project plan, defect management, vendor accountability, and cutover execution. No gates passed under pressure. Decisions tracked and documented.
  • Platform Stewardship (Phase 2+): Become FSFC's authority on MAWM—configuration, capability adoption, post-go-live roadmap, and integration ecosystem management. Translate operational requirements into system design. Manage the deferred scope register. Own the vendor relationship long-term.
  • Savings Activation & ROI Accountability: Build and maintain the Productivity Savings Activation Plan. Map each platform capability to baseline, activation steps, ownership, and measured savings. This is not a report. This is how we justify the investment and prove the case.
  • Operations Technology Roadmap: Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging capabilities—Labor Management Systems, Supply Chain Intelligence, AI-driven task optimization, predictive inventory, computer vision on the warehouse floor. Partner with Operations to build labor analytics, downtime detection, and performance visibility infrastructure.
  • Integration Ecosystem: Own all MAWM-adjacent integrations. Ensure stability across ERP (JDE), TMS (Trimble), refrigerated trailer management (Orbcom), and HRIS systems. Establish testing protocols and regression governance so configuration changes don't break the platform.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Earned Wage Access - flexible access to wages before payday
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Flexible Spending Account - healthcare and dependent care
  • Health Savings Account - high-deductible medical plan
  • Retirement 401(k) with employer match
  • Company life insurance & voluntary life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, wellness program, employee assistance program, Success Coach, and more!
