About The Position

Essential Job Functions Serve as the main point of contact between operations, customers, and IT for all WMS-related needs. Provide Level 1 WMS support: analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate to IT Support when needed. Configure the WMS to support operational workflows and business requirements. Document system issues, steps to recreate problems, and communicate change requests clearly. Support system testing, validation, and go-live activities for new implementations and upgrades. Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing WMS training to warehouse teams. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials. Participate in cross-functional improvement projects to optimize WMS performance. Ensure adherence to WMS best practices and standard operating procedures. Maintain working knowledge of IT hardware such as RF devices, vehicle mounts, printers, and workstations. Perform additional duties as needed to support the WMS and daily operations. Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25–35 Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods during configuration and support tasks. Basic understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping). Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Requirements
