About The Position

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Supply Chain Systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS - Manhattan SCALE), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and other Distribution/Logistics applications. This role works within the Company's Software Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality, auditability, and successful system implementations and modifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of business experience with proven results in process improvement
  • Experience with ERP Supply Chain modules (Oracle preferred: Order Management, Inventory, WMS)
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including configuration, implementation, and testing; Manhattan SCALE experience preferred
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and business analysis
  • Proficiency in reporting and data tools (Power BI, SQL, MS Excel)
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team, prioritize tasks, and drive projects
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a desire to continuously learn
  • Must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of WMS solutions with deep experience in Manhattan SCALE
  • 3+ years of ERP Supply Chain module experience beyond core functions
  • 5 + years of business experience with proven results in process improvement
  • Strong expertise with SQL queries, report writing, Power BI, and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience implementing WMS in automated distribution environments
  • Proven track record as a change agent transforming manual processes into automated solutions
  • Ability to analyze operational data to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
  • Strong conceptual thinking, systems/process orientation, and leadership in technology-driven supply chain import

Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize the work of Business Systems Analysts to align with business needs
  • Gather and document business requirements; create detailed functional specifications
  • Promote process standardization and recommend cost-effective solutions across Supply Chain, Distribution, and Logistics
  • Coordinate with IS and developers to design, test, and implement system solutions
  • Develop and execute test plans, train users on new functionality
  • Define and report key metrics and KPIs using Power BI, SQL, and other tools
  • Provide subject matter expertise and operational support for ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
  • Deliver training and documentation to enable effective system to use across the organization
