About The Position
Based in Woburn, MA, and offering services at locations across Eastern Massachusetts, NuPath Inc. is proud to be part of a rapidly growing network of regional agencies that is changing the way the wider world views people living with disabilities. At the heart of this effort is our staff, a group of 500+ professionals that deliver clinical, practical, and emotional support and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to the participants in our programs. For more information, please visit our website at About the Job: To assist the program participants work in the community in an appropriate community work situation and/or work in the in-house program.
Requirements
- The ability to provide the program participants with an adult role model, provide encouragement and direction, crisis intervention when necessary, consistent implementation of behavioral programming, encouragement to attend on-sites, and training of work skills and habits.
- To be in attendance every day and be able to deal with all staff and the diverse constituencies of NuPath in a polite and respectful manner.
- The person in this position must be able to verbally communicate, read and write in English, visually monitor the safety of all individuals and verbally present updates on individual status.
- Must adhere to all NuPath policy and procedures.
- BA in relevant field
- Two years related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
