Wiring Systems Production Specialist Now hiring for 2nd shift (swing shift) only. You'll operate and care for manufacturing equipment, move materials safely, and maintain quality from raw material inspection through final packaging. Your impact — responsibilities Interpret work orders; set up, run, and reset manufacturing equipment to meet customer specs and internal standards. Assist with equipment cleaning and routine maintenance; immediately report failures and issues to leads/supervisors. Prepare materials with safety knives, scissors, and tweezers; conduct basic quality checks and product/packaging tests prior to shipment. Manage WIP across the line: locate, stock, build, and store; load/unload materials to/from fixed equipment, carriers, and mobile racks; stage and deliver WIP; prepare shipments. Operate safety-sensitive/heavy equipment such as electric/manual pallet jacks and fixed equipment. Use company systems to record accurate job-time and inventory data in line with customer requirements and department guidelines. Detect and flag defective materials or questionable conditions. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor or area lead. Keep your area clean and orderly; follow all safety regulations. Collaborate with teammates and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
