What will your day look like? At Aerotech, you will: Assembles cables and cable harnesses using hand tools, power tools, and soldering Reads wiring and assembly drawings Routes and attaches wires and connectors to electronic circuitry and/or subassemblies Utilizes test equipment to test for conformance Wires system level motors and stages Wire multi-axis assemblies What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to five years of related experience
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring assembly drawings
  • Experience with hand tools and crimpers
  • Effective computer literacy, including experience with ERP Software
  • Problem solving skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the US currently and in the future without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent soldering skills, preference to have familiarity with IPC-620 soldering standards
  • Vocational or technical school training is preferred, but not required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Assembles cables and cable harnesses using hand tools, power tools, and soldering
  • Reads wiring and assembly drawings
  • Routes and attaches wires and connectors to electronic circuitry and/or subassemblies
