The Wireperson is responsible for learning and adhering to all safety and manufacturing policies and practices to ensure consistent production and avoid incidents. They must ensure quality by following standard work/process instructions and identifying potential risks. Key tasks include electrical part installation (relays, meters, switches), wiring (anchoring, tie-wrapping, routing, flagging, wire tagging), crimping, and wire/cable stripping. The role also requires maintaining clean and organized work areas. Physical demands include frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs., occasionally standing on a ladder for 6-8 hours per day, occasionally sitting in a semi-enclosed space, and frequently working overhead for extended periods. Other duties may be assigned as requested.
