About The Position

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and system-related issues on active installations Perform corrective rework to ensure projects meet inspection and code requirements Assist with onboarding and hands-on training of new installation crews Coordinate with local inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Represent Base during inspections and compliance walkthroughs Build working knowledge of Base equipment, residential electrical systems, and applicable NEC standards Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent service issues during evenings and weekends

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant residential electrical experience
Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman license

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with residential battery systems, EV charging equipment, or whole-home generator installations preferred
