What you'll do Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and system-related issues on active installations Perform corrective rework to ensure projects meet inspection and code requirements Assist with onboarding and hands-on training of new installation crews Coordinate with local inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Represent Base during inspections and compliance walkthroughs Build working knowledge of Base equipment, residential electrical systems, and applicable NEC standards Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent service issues during evenings and weekends Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant residential electrical experience Valid Wireman or Electrician Apprentice License Prior experience working with residential battery systems, EV charging equipment, or whole-home generator installations preferred Compensation: Apprentice: $25/hr - $30/hr Wireman: $30/hr - $36/hr Journeyman: $36/hr - $40/hr Master: $42+/hr Benefits: Company Vehicle Issued Tools and Equipment provided Comprehensive On-site training Career path: long-term trajectory, supported by structured development and the chance to take on broader leadership over time Health insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision PTO: 3 weeks Company Holidays: up to 2 weeks Gym membership, Referral Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, and more If you're ready to be part of a Dynamic team driving the future of renewable energy, we want to hear from you!
