About The Position

The Wireline Construction Project Coordinator supports our growing workload in cable and fiber design and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and fiber design, fieldwork, and construction coordination.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in cable/fiber construction, fieldwork, or construction.
Proven experience with cable and fiber design.
Ability to read and interpret engineering maps and blueprints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn project tracking software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn project tracking software.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

Conduct walk-out/site surveys to assess project requirements and gather field data.
Create job estimates based on survey findings and project scope.
Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with construction standards and customer specifications.
Support project and program teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
Read and interpret maps, blueprints, and construction drawings.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication.
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Provide operational support including scheduling inspections, rentals, and subcontractors.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction and engineering teams.
Other duties as assigned.
