About The Position

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise. The company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who is ready to take the next steps in their wireless career. This is an office-based position that requires no on the job driving. The position provides administrative support to the National Operations team as well as to the local office. The company seeks a flexible, motivated team player who has good attention to detail and likes to problem solve.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of office/administrative experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)
  • High attention to detail is required and must be able to type accurately
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Have the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize work projects

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of field training in voice or data systems strongly preferred
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Experience with Gmail is a plus
  • Previous payroll experience will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule manpower
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to invoice customers
  • Assist with the entering of the Pacific Northwest and National Operation Teams hourly payroll
  • Set up project COP template – site area view and basic information
  • Sort and organize all pictures
  • Gather all equipment spec sheets
  • Responsible for Material orders, Logistics and Verification
  • Take notes on calls with the National Team
  • Handle Project launch, certification and as-built documents
  • Manage Vehicle maintenance reports
  • Perform Other tasks as needed and/or required
  • Coordinate and administrate Shipping/ Receiving/ Inventory
  • Create shipping labels
  • Receive incoming and ship outgoing materials, equipment, tools and other supplies
  • Perform Inventory control with a focus on the re-use of materials
  • Verify material and counts received – compare against packing slip and note any discrepancies
  • Track materials from initial order to delivery/use on project
  • Perform Asset Tracking and Certification
  • Facilitate RMAs – work with CTS’ Purchasing Department to facilitate the returns of materials to vendors assuring accurate information and proper credit to the appropriate project
  • Take precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss
