About The Position

The Wireless Implementation Representative leads the project management and installation of wireless connectivity projects. You will support wireless connectivity business pre and post sale including installations. What you will do: Support the connectivity sales team with wireless trails, demonstrations, or beta site installations. Work with customers to develop an installation project plan and schedule for wireless connectivity activations and upgrade projects. Coordinate staffing, resources, and materials for wireless connectivity projects. Serve as a technical resource for diagnosing and troubleshooting customer wireless connectivity issues. Lead and support the wireless installation team when in the field on a wireless project. Review Content Management documentation for accuracy, technical layout and content; assist in layout and information in operations and maintenance manuals with the appropriate Content Management representatives. Participate in technical training classes, conventions, and other meetings as requested by the ProCare Operations Manager. Conduct post sale testing of device connectivity and provide design feedback to R&D if the current design demonstrates connection issues related to Stryker’s design or third-party restrictions. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
