About The Position

TSC is an industry leading Specialty Contractor providing Construction Crews and Management to install cellular equipment on communications structures. TSC is looking for a Construction Manager that will provide industry leading field support to TSC’s Construction Management Teams to verify that all Crews and Crew Members are efficiently, effectively, and safely performing work in a manner consistent with TSC’s Industry’s Standards when working on cellular communication sites. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism, consistency, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be knowledgeable on telecommunication site builds.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolong periods of driving time.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
Position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Field management position who will oversee assigned company and customer projects and be responsible for meeting company/customer goals.
Provide oversight to crews during construction on all assigned construction projects in the field.
Ensuring safety compliance is a top priority.
Conducting on site safety audits.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
Provide a positive work environment for all employees, customers, and contractors.
Actively participate in the development of new ideas and processes.
