Location: Akron, OH - Will begin onsite for a training period, and will move to a hybrid schedule. The hours for this position are 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook with a solid foundation in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple computer applications to job duties.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and take initiative when solving problems.
Active listening skills and an understanding of how non-verbal cues can enhance communication in a customer-focused environment.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Remain adaptable and composed while performing under pressure and managing occasional workday disruptions.
Daily keyboard use and interaction with display monitors are required.

Responsibilities

Play an essential role in processing electronic wire transfers efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness to support our valued clients and internal teams.
Monitor wire task queues and banking websites to facilitate electronic wires transfers, follow standard procedures for wire processing, review wire documentation to confirm compliant verification requirements.
Ensure full compliance with Old Republic Title's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training on time.
Collaborate effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients via email, phone, video conferences, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth financial transactions.
Showcase professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving in all interactions, meeting the high standards of service Old Republic Title is known for.
Take initiative and respond to constructive feedback, contributing to the team’s success while supporting other duties as needed.
