Requirements

• Proven experience in wire harness assembly or related electrical manufacturing roles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and wire cutting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly
• Cut, strip, and crimp wires and connectors with precision
• Inspect completed harnesses for quality, accuracy, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
