This role leads process improvements and is a mentor to operators and technicians. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Expert level: Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards. Machine operations of the WEDM Cell Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, setups, quality, and process issues by performing root cause analysis and provide recommendations. Document and refine procedures and standard work instructions. Able to lead a team of associates to execute improvement projects. Achieve and maintain tolerances below .0005 independently. Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve quality issues. Assist with machine repair and preventive maintenance. Manage department autonomous maintenance schedule and adherence. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Expert in precision machining and tolerances below .0005. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T. Minimum 5 years of experience with G Code/CNC programming. Minimum of 5 years of experience with AutoCAD. Leadership and mentoring experience.
