We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level EDM Operator to join our manufacturing team on Second Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning precision machining in a hands-on environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Technical school or machining coursework preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EDM machines under supervision
• Set up workpieces and tooling as instructed
• Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Perform routine inspections using measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Meet production and quality standards
