Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience in recreation site management.
• Proficiency in Google applications.
• Extensive knowledge of ground maintenance, park operations, occupational hazards, and safety precautions
• Ability to coach and lead staff.
• Knowledgeable about the operation of site maintenance equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently managing and maintaining the property assets, carry out maintenance on the site(s), and within budget.
• Assisting guests with their requests, resolving complaints, with strong focus on guest experience.
• Ensuring the implementation of effective systems and operational procedures, including occupational health and safety practices and checklists.
• Assist with traffic control within sites and guide guests through parking areas.
• Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays.
• Staff management.
