About The Position

As a Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet performance standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain positive relationships with guests.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts to maintain adequate coverage while accommodating flexible scheduling needs.
  • Support management in implementing promotional campaigns and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
