We are seeking a Tailored Selections Sales Representative to serve customers by selling products & meeting customer needs in a highly competitive market. The Tailored Selection’s portfolio focuses on imported wine, small production domestic wineries, and craft/small production distilleries with a focus on single malt scotches. The Tailored Selections sales team highlights these producers and adds another sales layer to ensure customers service. Duties include: Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to accommodate buyer’s schedules and geographical restrictions Provides on and off premise customers with exceptional customer service and extensive product knowledge Adjusts content of sales presentations to meet account’s needs and expectations Stays organized to complete numerous duties including product placement, pre-selling, and product planning Effectively communicate with customers in regards to vintages, price changes and product availability Works with customer’s staff to build product knowledge and further wine and spirits education Attends promotions, hosts tastings and wine dinners, and participates in supplier market visits Works as a team with Knoxville Beverage Sales Representatives Comprehends and operates under state and local laws, rules, and regulations that pertain to alcohol sales Territory served: Knoxville and selected outer markets Knoxville Beverage Company is the largest wine and spirits distributor in the region.
