Requirements

  • Background in hospitality, wine/spirits sales, or beverage service
  • Entrepreneurial and organized with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about sales, brand-building, and relationship development
  • Committed to ongoing learning, personal growth, and working within a values-driven culture
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts and build relationships across on- and off-premise channels
  • Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and menu placements for assigned products
  • Hit monthly sales and margin goals with the support of leadership and operations
  • Work independently while staying accountable to team performance standards
