Store Manager – Caraluzzi's Wine & Spirits Are you a wine, beer or spirits enthusiast with a knack for leadership? Caraluzzi's Wine & Spirits is looking for an energetic, service-oriented Store Manager to join our team. The Role As a Store Lead, you are the heartbeat of the store. You won't just be managing inventory; you'll be fostering an environment of positivity and a "can-do" attitude. You will work closely with the team to ensure our shelves look sharp, our stock is replenished, and our customers leave happier than they arrived.

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role and previous experience in a wine/spirits retail or restaurant setting.
Passion: A deep interest in wine, spirits, and beer (and the ability to talk about them!).
Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Flexibility: The ability to handle a dynamic schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead by Example: Demonstrate a relaxed, friendly, yet professional demeanor at all times.
Merchandising & Ordering: Execute creative displays and manage ordering to keep our selection top-tier.
Customer Connection: Respond to requests with speed and expertise, acting as a go-to resource for wine and spirit recommendations.
Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures and adapt quickly to the ever-changing retail environment.
Team Development: Help mentor staff and maintain a high standard of attention to detail.
