About The Position

As the Windows Systems Administrator, your primary responsiblity will be Windows OS administration of a small domain of . You’ll also manage cross domain enterprise level solutions, provide on-site technical solutions, create technical reports and metrics. What sets you apart: Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and newer servers. Strong experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) servers. Disciplined handling of regular Windows patching utilizing automation like WSUS and MECM Experienced with managing Microsoft Active Directory and strong knowldge on GPO modifications. Hands-on experience upgrading to Windows Server 2016, 2019, or newer Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and mitigation of vulnerabilities as directed by IA based on scan findings and applicable DoD direction Willing to become knowledgable and support the PitBull (Linux) enterprise system and the interoperations with the Windows infrastructure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a specialized area; or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Polygraph.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A minimum of a IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification is required at time of hire: e.g. CompTIA Security+, GSEC, SSCP, and CCNA-Security
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and newer servers.
