About The Position

Windows Endpoint Engineer The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your Windows endpoint engineering skills? With modern endpoint management technologies, you will improve the management, reporting, and analytics of an endpoint fleet consisting of 30k physical endpoints and help us expand our use of virtual endpoints. We are looking for a highly experienced Windows desktop operating system engineer that is familiar with SCCM and Intune co-management of endpoints. You will use Micro sof t Modern Management paradigm of endpoint to manage and focus on client health and the end-user experience . Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required . Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • Experience with Intune and SCCM
  • Experience with cross-team troubleshooting efforts
  • Knowledge of desktop OS deployment and imaging, application installs, OS patching, and feature updates
  • Knowledge of built-in Micro sof t desktop technologies, including BitLocker, Credential Guard, WSL, and Windows Hello for Business
  • Knowledge of third-party security products such as NGA V, EDR, and EPM
  • Knowledge of change management in an enterprise environment
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues
  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with application control
  • Experience with ITIL framework
  • Experience migrating from hybrid or co-management to cloud native
  • Experience with AI tools such as M365 Copilot and the application of these tools to endpoint management
  • Experience supporting developers using virtualization on Windows endpoints such as WSL or Docker
  • Knowledge of c ond itional access and advanced compliance evaluation
  • ITIL framework certification
  • Micro sof t certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator Asso cia te certification
  • Security certifications such as CompTIA Security + certification

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
  • The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
