We are seeking a skilled IT professional to design, build, and deploy customized Windows environments across enterprise workstations and laptops. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), and the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK), along with a solid understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential for automating processes and creating efficient, scalable deployment solutions. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure consistency, performance, and security across all endpoint configurations. In this position, the engineer will be responsible for creating customized Windows builds and developing application deployment packages using scripting techniques. The engineer will also manage endpoint configurations and policies, leveraging tools such as Dell Wyse Management Suite (WMS) to organize device groups, apply configurations, and deploy Dell ThinOS systems and Dell OptiPlex thin clients across multiple locations. Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience with Dell thin client ecosystems and the ability to support enterprise-level deployments while maintaining high standards of reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of 11 years of work experience.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-level Windows 11 environments across workstations and laptops.
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to create, manage, and maintain automated deployment solutions for operating system imaging and provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience using Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) tools to design, customize, and validate Windows deployment images.
  • Strong understanding of creating, managing, and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce security and configuration standards across domains.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience leveraging PowerShell scripting to automate system administration tasks, streamline deployments, and support scalable IT operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Dell Wyse Management Suite (WMS) to manage, monitor, and configure thin client environments, including creating device groups and applying policies across multiple sites.
  • Familiarity with deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dell ThinOS environments to support secure and efficient virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience provisioning, deploying, and supporting Dell OptiPlex thin client devices in enterprise environments.
