About The Position

Our client is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide 100% onsite support for local end users. This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently without an onsite manager.

Requirements

  • 1.5–3 years of Windows 10 desktop support in a corporate setting
  • 1.5–3 years supporting end‑user LAN/networking issues
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to provide both remote and hands‑on support
  • Must be fully vaccinated

Nice To Haves

  • Highly self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable operating without an onsite client manager
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide in‑person and remote desktop support for Windows 10 environments
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
  • Support end‑user connectivity, including LAN and basic networking
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users
  • Document issues, resolutions, and follow‑up actions
