About The Position

Summary: Works with the Sales Representatives to identify customers for Finished Product and Drapery Hardware sales. Teach/assist in measuring for drapery and hardware. Give guidance on Hardware motorization and installation. Quote and order finished products and hardware for customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represents and manages Fabricut, Stroheim, Vervain, S. Harris and Trend in a professional manner and appearance. Develop and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers. Advises customer as to kind and quantity of fabric needed for Window Treatments and appropriate hardware for specific uses. Discusses features and qualities of fabric such as weave, texture, color and usage. Teach customers how to navigate the Fabricut websites for Finished Product and Hardware. Educates/assist customers how to accurately measure window treatments and hardware. Enter Quotes for widow treatments and hardware. Respond to customer’s questions and problems on a timely basis and offer a solution as quickly as possible, mediating and resolving challenges fairly. Interfaces with other departments to provide good service. Displays good safety and housekeeping practices. Uses material and equipment effectively. Performs other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management. All essential job functions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years’ experience with Window Treatments required
Drapery and Hardware knowledge required.
Ability to learn product lines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work effectively with others.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Must be able to travel overnight within the sales territories.
Attend Sales meeting in Tulsa OK twice per year.
Excellent driving record.
Ability to follow geographical directions.
