Pella is looking for a Service Technician to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to homeowners and contractors by servicing our industry‑leading windows and doors. What You’ll Do As a Pella Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our brand in the field. Your day‑to‑day work will include: Completing service visits to inspect, diagnose, and repair Pella products Installing replacement components (glass, sashes, screens, blinds, etc.) Documenting service work and coordinating follow‑up when needed Educating customers on product use, care, and maintenance Maintaining your service vehicle and parts inventory Working closely with our internal service team to ensure seamless communication Delivering a customer experience that reflects Pella’s high standards What We’re Looking For Strong customer service mindset Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through Experience using power tools (required) Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems Valid driver’s license Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2 years of window service, construction, or related field experience preferred Knowledge of windows, doors, or construction terminology is helpful Physical Requirements This is an active, hands‑on role: Frequent standing, walking, and use of hand tools Occasional bending and lifting (up to 100 lbs.)
