Window/Door Project Manager

Hey everybody! Integrity Home Exteriors is heading into a massive 2026, and we are looking for a high -level Window/Door Project Manager to join our leadership team. This isn’t just an office job; we need a "player -coach" who understands the grit of a job site but has the professional touch to manage customer relationships and complex logistics. As the Window/Door Project Manager, you are the bridge between the warehouse and the finished home. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project—from accurate measurements and material ordering to leading the install crews on -site. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is stress -free and that our reputation for quality remains unmatched.
Requirements
- Construction experience required; specific Window and Door installation experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high crew morale.
- Must have a clean Driver’s License and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing vendors, peers, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure projects and place orders for materials/windows to meet strict project deadlines.
- Schedule and oversee window/door install crews, managing both internal team morale and relationships with subcontractors.
- Assist with and supervise residential/commercial window removals and installs to ensure "Integrity" quality.
- Serve as the main line of communication between the business and the customer regarding project progress.
- Monitor and improve business -to -customer relationships for both new and past clients.
- Perform necessary data entry tasks to track project milestones and inventory.
