Requirements

  • Hospitality oriented
  • Previous experience in window cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of chemicals.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to bend, squat and stretch, lift weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Clean interior and exterior windows in guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free and spotless, including mirrors and glass doors.
  • Use appropriate cleaning tools, equipment, and safe chemical products following safety guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance issues (broken glass, damaged frames, leaks) to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and store supplies properly.
  • Follow established procedures for time management and prioritization of daily tasks.
  • Comply with hotel hygiene, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Director of Housekeeping.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
