About The Position

Define high level and detailed architecture for Windchill implementations upgrades and integrations. Align Windchill solutions with business goals and industry best practices. Experience in CAD worker setup for Windchill environments including Creo Office Worker etc. Strong understanding of Windchill architecture including CAD integrations vault configurations and cluster setups.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java/J2EE SQL Spring Hibernate and Windchill modules (PDMLink ProjectLink PartsLink).
• Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration ESI integration and performance tuning.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Windchill will be added advantage

Responsibilities

• Configuration of SSO and SSL configuration.
• Upgrade planning and execution including rehearsals on lower environments.
• Documenting all steps and preparing a detailed runbook for the production upgrade.
• Final execution of the upgrade on the production environment.
• Running WinDU analyzing results and resolving issues reported during upgrade rehearsals.
• Lead development of workflows object models and system configurations.
• Integrate Windchill with ERP (SAP ECC S4) MES CPQ and CAD platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation including configuration testing deployment and optimization.
• Manage risk stakeholder communication and project governance.
• Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and customizations.
