About The Position
The Will Work Case Manager at Phoenix Rescue Mission is responsible for empowering and motivating individuals in the Will Work program towards achieving self-sufficiency. This role involves assisting homeless individuals in navigating the social service system, setting goals, and developing individualized case plans.
