About The Position
The Parts Will Call Associate is responsible for the meticulous selection of warehouse items and their preparation for will call customers. This role involves efficiently receiving order assignments, restocking and pricing the showroom floor and shelves with labels facing out, and cross-checking orders against invoices for completeness. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in loading orders for customers at the designated loading area, always prioritizing safety while operating equipment and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions to the supervisor. We value a clean and safe workplace, and you'll contribute to this by maintaining a neat appearance, performing regular clean-up activities in the showroom, and undertaking light sanitation duties as assigned. Requirements
- Must present and communicate in a professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized with good time management skills
- Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company
- Computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical
Responsibilities
- Receiving order assignments from Customer Service associates
- Restocking and pricing show room floor and shelves with labels facing out
- Checking orders against invoices to ensure orders fill completely
- Assisting with loading of orders for customers at loading area
- Operating equipment safely, and reporting any unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Maintaining a neat appearance and manner at all times while on the job
- Performing clean-up activities in show room
- Performing other related duties
- Performing light sanitation duties as assigned
