About The Position

The Student Affairs Office Secretary serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming front office environment while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Manage front office traffic, including signing visitors in and out according to school safety procedures
  • Maintain student attendance records and process tardy/early dismissal documentation
  • Assist administrators and teachers with scheduling parent meetings
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support communication between school staff, parents, and the community
