Compensation The compensation target range for this role is: $25.50 - $30.00 Job Summary Wholesale supervisor reports directly to the manager of the department. They are responsible for leading a team on the floor to achieve site forecasts and results that will deliver exceptional results to our customers. They are also responsible for ensuring quality service of goods and timeliness of those goods based off site standards is maintained. Job Description

Requirements

  • Insists on the highest standards for customers.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Can read, write, and use excel.
  • Has the ability to identify potential hazards that could impact the quality of our products getting to our customer.
  • Familiar with High Jump
  • Good Communication skills and team oriented.
  • Strong Math Skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50LBS.
  • Ability to stand > 8 hours a day.
  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Quality Assurance/ Control background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and Motivate Team
  • Lead or collaborate with site wide initiative for continuous improvement and 5S
  • Help create forecast plans
  • Monitor Daily Productivity and partners to balance workload.
  • Manage Safety, Quality, productivity, and customer Deliver Promise
  • Collaborate with support teams including safety, Human Resources, Transportations, Logistics, and production
  • Stand and walk during shifts that may last up to 12 hours.
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Work in an environment where noise levels vary and is subject to variable temperatures and weather.
  • Responsible for ensuring department is hitting KPI’s including: SIFOT, DIFOT, Quality Complaints, Back log adherence, and Picking timeliness, productivity, and more.
  • This role will help will be a part of a larger team which includes a Manager, Quality personnel, dock coordinator, and Lead.
  • This role is subject to shift changes based off demand of operation. (30 days’ notice will be given)
