About The Position

First Texas Honda is looking for a Wholesale Parts Specialist for our Parts Department. We have a fun, but fast paced environment. Previous parts experience is a plus, but not necessarily with the Honda line. Daily duties will include but are not limited to: Answering retail phones and helping walk in customers. Monitoring electronic parts requisitions from online platforms. Coordinate and dispatch deliveries. Collaborate with the team to resolve delivery and route challenges. Pulling parts and occasionally delivering parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading. Assist with account management and, where applicable, cash handling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial accounts. Proactively research and acquire new commercial customers through site visits. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction during visits. Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM software. Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stocking efforts. Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation and equipment maintenance. Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. Requirements

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs without assistance throughout the day.
  • Capable of operating manual material handling equipment (e.g., dollies, hand jacks).
  • Proficient in identifying items on various paperwork, including customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with some warehouse management systems.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment while upholding the company's goals and core values.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in wholesale parts operations is preferred.
  • Previous outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wholesale software such as Collisionlink, Repairlink, OpsTrax is a plus.
