First Texas Honda is looking for a Wholesale Parts Specialist for our Parts Department. We have a fun, but fast paced environment. Previous parts experience is a plus, but not necessarily with the Honda line. Daily duties will include but are not limited to: Answering retail phones and helping walk in customers. Monitoring electronic parts requisitions from online platforms. Coordinate and dispatch deliveries. Collaborate with the team to resolve delivery and route challenges. Pulling parts and occasionally delivering parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading. Assist with account management and, where applicable, cash handling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial accounts. Proactively research and acquire new commercial customers through site visits. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction during visits. Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM software. Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stocking efforts. Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation and equipment maintenance. Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered. We have a very experienced parts team here that will be happy to assist with any questions you may have during your workday.
