Experienced Wholesale Parts Specialist
About The Position
The Wholesale Parts Specialist at Richmond Ford Wholesale is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to wholesale clients in the auto industry. You must have experience in Wholesaling Ford parts as this is not a starting position . Knowledge of these programs is very helpful Snap-on parts catalog, Collision & Repair link & Ops Trax. This is a full-time position, with an hourly plus group commission compensation structure, located in Richmond, Virginia. As an individual contributor, the Wholesale Parts Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients to increase sales and revenue for the company. Fast paced very busy wholesale department with over 3 million in inventory. We have over 17 parts delivery drivers covering the whole state of Virginia and parts of West Virginia and North Carolina. Requirements
- Experience in Wholesaling Ford parts
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
- Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary
