Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive parts-preferably with Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Honda, and other major OEM's.
  • A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and elevate a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Someone who values culture, teamwork, and long-term success.
  • A growth-focused attitude with the ability to adapt, learn and eventually fully manage the import parts division.
  • 3+ years of parts experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations for Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota and Honda parts programs.
  • Drive growth across Wholesale and retail channels, expanding our footprint and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with our Wholesale Parts Director and management team to set goals, create strategies, and optimize performance.
  • Coach, develop, and support parts staff to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, purchasing, special orders, returns, and vendor programs.
  • Maintain strong OEM relationships to maximize incentives, compliance, and parts availability.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director.
