Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts-preferably with Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Honda, and other major OEM's.
- A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and elevate a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Someone who values culture, teamwork, and long-term success.
- A growth-focused attitude with the ability to adapt, learn and eventually fully manage the import parts division.
- 3+ years of parts experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations for Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota and Honda parts programs.
- Drive growth across Wholesale and retail channels, expanding our footprint and customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with our Wholesale Parts Director and management team to set goals, create strategies, and optimize performance.
- Coach, develop, and support parts staff to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
- Manage inventory accuracy, purchasing, special orders, returns, and vendor programs.
- Maintain strong OEM relationships to maximize incentives, compliance, and parts availability.
- Other tasks assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director.
