Requirements

Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well across inter-company departments
Ability to multi-task
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous supervisory experience required
Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Must be able to pass a Non-DOT Physical and Lifting Test
Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements

Wave/Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

Receives and processes stock orders; either directly to staging area for customer order or places parts in inventory
Operates barcode scanner, scanning each part into inventory and downloading the parts order into the parts management system
Processes and pulls parts for customer orders as inputted by the sales department while performing other duties
Fulfills all parts orders from individual dealerships with parts sold to internal service, sales, and body shop departments
Processes customer cores and sends back to the correct manufacturer
Works closely with and answers inventory questions from inside sales team
Processes manufacturers warranty claims
Processes returns received from drivers and ensures proper customer credit is received on account
Unloads, transports, and places parts in proper locations in the warehouse
Maintains accurate inventory by direction of Wholesale Parts Distribution Center Manager
Matches and processes purchase orders
Reconciles parts orders against parts received
Perform bin counts
Safely operates a wave machine, forklift, and stock chaser to transport and stock parts
Conducts health and safety training for direct reports
Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies
Regular and reliable attendance is required
Maintains the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records
