Job Description The Field Consultant will be responsible for contacting multiple collision centers in-person daily, reviewing the benefits of the Nissan Wholesale Advantage Program with each collision center, and encouraging the centers to place orders and begin earning rebates.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and computer skills
• The Consultant will need to be available and have the desire to travel 90% of the time.
• Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• OEM Parts experience preferred
• CCC/OPS ValueTrax/OEC CollisionLink system knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Visiting multiple collision shops in a defined territory daily
• Meet with decision makers explaining the benefits of the Nissan Wholesale Advantage Program
• Assist collision center with program enrollment if not currently enrolled
• Encourage collision centers to utilize the program and CCC and /OPS ValueTrax when providing estimates to facing dealer
• Instruct collision shop personnel on how to submit repair requests into CCC and OPS ValueTrax system
• Follow up email and phone contact with collision shop if needed
• Complete detailed Collision Center Contact Reports
