Wholesale Parts Associate - Overnight Shift
About The Position
Wholesale Parts Associate Schedule will be overnight shift from 9:00PM to 5:00AM Job Description: Experience with OEM or Aftermarket parts Have responsibility in loading and unloading of vehicles Checking in nightly orders and setting up routes accordingly Checking in vendor orders as they arrive and dispersing them to the correct route Separating and loading parts for Rhode Island dealerships onto the relay truck Send missing parts list to each corresponding parts manager Making the morning relay from Rhode Island to Springfield, and then from Springfield back to Rhode Island Servicing local Collision Centers Additional duties as assigned by Manager Environmental & Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to 50 pounds or more.
Requirements
- Experience with OEM or Aftermarket parts
- Valid Driver's License - Required
- DOT Certification - Required
- Organizational skills are required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Order processing / Order Entry
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Checking in nightly orders and setting up routes accordingly
- Checking in vendor orders as they arrive and dispersing them to the correct route
- Separating and loading parts for Rhode Island dealerships onto the relay truck
- Send missing parts list to each corresponding parts manager
- Making the morning relay from Rhode Island to Springfield, and then from Springfield back to Rhode Island
- Servicing local Collision Centers
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager
