About The Position

The Wholesale Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing wholesale relationships by developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving product or logistics concerns, and supporting business expansion efforts. This position also assists with private-label and co-packing inquiries and collaborates with internal departments to optimize order fulfillment, account management, and revenue growth.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, wholesale, account management, customer service, or related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in food, coffee, beverage, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, managing requests, orders, and service needs.
  • Maintain strong product, brand, and industry knowledge to effectively support customers and internal teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new product lines, formats, or programs.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales to improve sales performance and enhance customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of wholesale and sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, pricing, and billing records to ensure invoicing accuracy for sales, private-label and co-packing clients.
  • Work with the Web Developer or internal systems team to set up and maintain wholesale accounts on applicable platforms.
  • Develop and support wholesale-focused promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to create wholesale and private-label materials (sell sheets, brochures, pitch decks, postcards, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to support trade shows, outreach opportunities, and industry networking events.
  • Attend trade shows, private-label, and co-packing networking events as a company representative.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure wholesale café product stock levels remain accurate.
  • As part of the Sales Team, support private-label and co-packing efforts by acting as a secondary point of contact when needed, including assisting with client communication, responding to inquiries, and supporting ongoing relationship development.
