About The Position

The Wholesale Logistics specialist plays a crucial role in our Chelsea Wholesale DC, ensuring the wholesale product is processed for the entire logistics cycle. This position will be the sole incumbent responsible for receiving items, preparing orders for shipment, generating shipping labels, verifying order components, and maintaining an organized wholesale inventory and shipping area. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Manage incoming and storage (pulls, receiving, and inventory)/request for wholesale products. Effectively process and ship wholesale products based on company packaging guidelines. Process RTS for wholesale products using process defined for the wholesale department.

Requirements

Experience working in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment
Experience working in a production environment
Advanced organization skills
Ability to work standing 95% of the time
Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
Ability to successfully multitask
Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and shipping list
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping processes

Nice To Haves

Prior shipping and order fulfilment in a retail/warehouse environment
Prior shipping and order fulfilment of high end luxury goods
Experience operating Warehouse management systems programs
