Position Overview Our compensated 10-week Corporate RL Inspire Internship Program is designed to give rising senior undergraduate students a challenging, hands-on experience in the retail industry. To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren Internship position, applicants must: Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 Authorized to work in the United States Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations. Candidates should only apply to one role. If a student's experience aligns with multiple opportunities, the Early Careers team will ensure they're considered accordingly. The internship for Wholesale Digital Strategy & Operations will support diverse functions including content operations, site merchandising, and KPI analysis to elevate the online footprint and drive commercial objectives for third-party players that distribute Ralph Lauren within North America.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student with demonstrated interest in retail and e-commerce, previous experience within the fashion space a plus
  • Strong facility with Excel and diverse data reporting sources
  • Solid project management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in synthesizing data into actionable insights in a concise, clear format
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, and the retail industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong writing and math skills; retail math a plus
  • Highly organized and eager team player
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results with attention to detail
  • Thinks strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems
  • Active listener with strong communication; clearly communicates ideas, both written and verbally

Responsibilities

  • Assess digital landscape and gauge e-commerce impact for Ralph Lauren by family of business, analyzing weekly sales, campaign impact, and performance tactics
  • Participate in line reviews and showroom breakdowns to facilitate digital content submissions, articulating product and styling needs, experiencing product photography shoots at internal RL studio, validating copy, and coordinating handoffs to account partners
  • Coordinate with Marketing to understand digital performance and brand marketing levers utilized online to drive client engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Optimize the online user experience through solid understanding of site merchandising, including taxonomy and attribution, product discovery via browse and search, and dynamic and static site placements. Drive conversion through seamless integration of PDP content to educate consumers
  • Identify new potential pure players for online expansion that resonate with the Ralph Lauren consumer and support an elevated online user experience
